Place all in mixing machine and mix for 10minutes.
Divide into 196g balls and rest for 1 hour.
Grease black trays.
Roll out dough with rolling pin and with hand to fit tray (It will be very thin)
egg wash and scatter over mixed seeds(sesame and poppy seeds)
Bake at 180oc for 7-8 mins
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Store in container
