Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 75g Cast. Sugar
  • 10g Brown Sugar
  • Pinch Salt
  • 90G Flour (sieved)
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • Vanilla Extract
  • 90g Melt. Butter (unsalted)
  • 10g Honey

Method

Method
Mix together the eggs,sugar & salt in a bowl & lightly work together using a spatula until pale colour
Fold in the sieved flour & baking powder
Fold in vanilla extract
Mix in the cooled melted butter & honey
Allow to rest for 30 mins
Bake at 210oC for 5- 10mins in buttered madeline tray
