lolli pop

a bone basic lolli pop recipe that can be flavoured as desired by using msk pura paste


  • glucose syrup
  • fondant
  • butter or chocolate pistoles


place the glucose and fondant in a pan using equal quantities
bring to the boil, your looking for large bubbles, then add a k**b of butter and stir in.
spread into rounds or whatever shape on a silt pat mat placing the stick onto the lolli pop
when set, brush with pura paste and sprinkle with crackle crystals if desired.
you can also use the zest of lemon or orange etc when adding the butter
if making chocolate just replace the butter for the chocolate.
