Place the sugar and water in a pan warm to dissolve the sugar then add the apple slices and leave...

Ingredients

  • 4 apples sliced and trimmed on mandolin
  • 500g water 250 ml water

Method

Place the sugar and water in a pan warm to dissolve the sugar then add the apple slices and leave on the side of the stove until the slices are soft. Transfer the slices to a silpat mat and dry in the oven @85deg c until crisp.
theese only take a few hours in the oven
