sage and onion dumplings

cheeky little sunday lunch garnish ideal with pork

Ingredients

  • makes 36 mini
  • 200g self rasin flour
  • 100g suet
  • 1tbsp chopped sage
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 90ml water

Method

place all dry ingredients into a bowl then season and add the water to bind
make into mimi balls
poach in a lite jus until cooked
reheat in a little sage jus
garnish with cracling or crisp pancetta
