pizza roll bread

makes 40
garnish with pesto parmesan and sunblushed toms

Ingredients

  • 1k t55 OR bread flour
  • 100g butter diced
  • 15g salt
  • 15g sugar
  • 75g yeast
  • 600ml milk

Method

mix the yeast with the milk
place the flour salt and sugar in the mixer along with the butter then work until breadcrumbs, now add the yeasty milk and beat at speed 3 for 8mins until a slack dough is produced.
allow to proove then knockback and seperate the dough into two. now roll each dough into rectangles then garnish with pesto,sunblushed toms and fresh grated parmesan, then roll up the dough to form a kind of swiss roll.
cut into two finger width slices then place into greased ring moulds and allow to proove up again.
bake at 180 for 8 mins
