- 2 eggs separated

- 30g soft butter
- 4tbsp coco powder mixed with 2tbsp hot water and 2tbsp milk warm
- 40g sugar

a little choc mouse used as a garnish i serve this with a desert of cherries with a chocolate sponge and sour cream ice cream
Ingredients
Method
Combine the chocolate, yolks, over a bain marie until well combined do not over heat. Cool slightly then add the coco powder mix
Whip the whites then add the sugar and take to meringue.
Fold the chocolate with the meringue
Chill . 3 day shelf life.
