this one works for me

Ingredients

  • 500g OO flour
  • 3egg
  • 1 yolk
  • 60ml water
  • 20ml olive oil

Method

pulse the flour in the robo coupe with a pinch of slat
whisk the eggs with the water and oil
slowly add the egg to the flour with the machine running until a dough forms
knead well then wrap in cling film and chill for 30 mins
roll out and shape as required
