mushroom ala greqcue

i use this with a chicken terrine

Ingredients

  • 200ml a la greque liqour warmed
  • 250g small button mushrooms trimmed/cleaned

Method

Heat a pan with about 2tbsp olive oil,
Until smoke point then add the mushrooms and sauté until golden brown then drain on a cloth.
Mix the mushrooms with the liquor
And store in the fridge until required, 1 month shelf life in kilner jar.
to serve finish with chopped chives and parsley
