Steps
Brush the filo pastry sheets with the butter and place on top of each other. Cut into 30 triangles (or preferred shape) and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
In a stainless steel pan, heat up the milk and gently whisk in the Nestlé Docello™ Crème Brulée.
Simmer for 1 minute, stirring gently to ensure it doesnt stick at the bottom.
Chill until firm consistency is obtained.
Build the Napoléons by piping 2 layers of pastry cream between 3 triangles of filo pastry.
Hints & Tips
To add different flavours & textures, fold in different components into the cream (e.g. fruit, nuts, compotes).
