Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white
  • tsp salt
  • 50ml lime juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 3 tsp paprika (smoked)
  • 400ml olive oil (not extra virgin)

Method

place all in robo and slowly add oil
