  • 500g 64% Dark chocolate
  • 10 egg yolk
  • 10 whole eggs
  • 100g plain flour sifted
  • 250g caster sugar

Method

melt butter and chocolate together
eggs + yolks and sugar to sabayon
fold together and add sugar pour into buttered and floured moulds
set in fridge bake 180 for 7-8mins
let sit for 2 mins
