- 375G PLAIN FLOUR
- 2tsp baking powder
- 1tsp salt
- 90g butter
- 140ml water
water biscuits
Ingredients
Method
Mix all dry ingredients together
rub in the butter until breadcrumb stage
Add the flour and work to a dough
chill for 20mins
roll and and cut
dock each biscuit with a fork
bake at 180oc half fan for 15-20mins
remove and allow to cool
