- 200-230g x2 Farmstead Chicken Breast Fillet, skinless
- 1 Red Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Blue Dragon Dark Soy Sauce
- 4 tablespoons Everyday Favourites Squeezy Clear Blossom Honey
- 300g Everyday Favourites Pride Egg Noodles
- 2 tablespoons Prep Premium Toasted Sesame Oil
- 6 Spring Onions

Method
1) Poach the chicken in a pan of water for 10 minutes or until cooked
2) Chop up the red pepper and spring onion to small chunks
3) Add the soy sauce, sesame oil and honey into the bowl and mix together
4) Cook the noodles and tip into the bowl and mix with the soy sauce mixture
5) Slice the poached chicken and lay on top of the noodles
