Apple and Grapefruit Sorbet

Lovely and refreshing

Ingredients

  • 640ml juice (320ml apple, 320ml grapefruit)
  • 180ml water
  • 180ml sugar

Method

add all ingredients to a pan and bring up to the boil, simmer until all ingredients have combined, take off the heat and pour into a container, freeze stirring every 30 mins or so take break up ice crystals, serve as an intermediate course or a light dessert.
