Honey Jelly

nice garnish for cream based desserts

Ingredients

  • 110g honey
  • 130ml water
  • 2 sheets of gelatine, soaked in cold water

Method

line a shallow tray with cling film
soak geltine in cold water
add water and honey to a pan and bring to the boil
add gelatine and stir until combined
pour into tray
refrigerate until set
cut into desired shapes as needed
