  • 60g blanched almonds
  • 90g blanched hazelnuts
  • 170g sugar
  • 70g flour
  • salt
  • 4 egg whites


combine almonds, hazelnuts and sugar to a fine powder in a blender
add flour and salt
whisk egg whites
fold egg whites into nut mix
spread batter onto baking sheet in deried shapes
cook at 180'C until light brown
remove from oven and shape
store in airtight container
