rub in butter
work in rosewater
knead for a few mins
roll out on floured sur...

Ingredients

  • 225g flour
  • 1/4nutmeg, grated
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp rosewater
  • 75g butter

Method

mix dry ingredients
rub in butter
work in rosewater
knead for a few mins
roll out on floured surface
cut out rounds
bake onn a sheet for 15 mins at 170'C
remove when just turning brown
leave to cool on a rack
