put both flours in a mixing bowl with the salt
add bowl to machine with dough hook and turn on a low speed
mic yeast with warm water add to flour
slowly add water
knead for 10 mins
remove dough and allow to prove for an hour
turn the dough into rolls and allow to prove for another 40 mins
cook in oven for 20 mins or unil golden brown at 200'C
