- 500g soft unsalted butter
- 150g plain flour

Method
Mix all ingrediants in kitchen aid.
Wrap in cling film, and rest for 24 hours.
Spread onto a lined baking sheet, and bake at 200C for 2-3 minutes. Cut into wide strips, and roll around a cylinder while still warm, to create tubes.
