buttermilk panna cotta 2

Boil, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla.
Add gelatine, cool 10 mins
fold in buttermilk, pass.

Ingredients

  • 300ml milk
  • 800ml cream
  • 300g sugar
  • 4.5 leafs gelatine (14g) soaked
  • 2 Vanilla pods
  • 1 l buttermilk

Method

Boil, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla.
Add gelatine, cool 10 mins
fold in buttermilk, pass.
Pour into moulds and set for 4 hours but pref overnight.
