  • Nestlé Docello™ Small Chocolate Cake mix 780g
  • Semi-skimmed milk 550ml
  • Leftover bread 220g

Method

Steps
Cut the bread into large cubes
Dry in the oven (skip this step if using bread from previous day).
Soak the bread in 300ml of milk.
In a mixing bowl, combine 250ml of milk and the Nestlé Docello™ Small
Chocolate Cake mix
Place the milk-soaked bread in a mould of your choice.
Fill in the moulds with the chocolate mix to the top.
Serve warm or chilled.
Hints & Tips
Serve warm with ice cream and Anglaise sauce or berry coulis.
