chocolate brownie

whisk eggs and sugar to sabayon
melt butter and 720g chocolate
sift flour, coco baking powder toge...

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 525g caster sugar
  • 720g dark Chocolate
  • 450g butter
  • 60 g coco powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 180g plain flour
  • 300g toasted hazelnuts
  • 300g dark chocolate

Method

whisk eggs and sugar to sabayon
melt butter and 720g chocolate
sift flour, coco baking powder together
fold all the mixes together adding nuts and the 300g chocolate
Bake at 180 25- 30 mins press when out of oven and chill
