Chocolate Tuille

Bring milk to the boil
Remove from the heat, add chocolate & whisk till smooth

Ingredients

  • 100g milk
  • 50g Chocolate
  • 250g Icing Sugar
  • 65g Flour
  • 100g butter

Method

Method
Bring milk to the boil
Remove from the heat, add chocolate & whisk till smooth.
Add sugar & mix well.
Add flour & mix well.
Add softened butter & mix until smooth.
Set aside in fridge until cool.
Spread thinly on a silicone mat & bake at 180oC for 8-10 mins until it stops bubbling.
