Dark chocolate mousse glasses, frothy coffee milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1125g dark chocolate
  • 24 eggs separated
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 900mlwhipping cream
  • coffee milk shake
  • 300ml whipping cream
  • 300ml milk
  • 12 ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoon camp coffee
  • 6 tablespoons icing sugar

Method

Melt the chocolate, beat in egg yolks,
Make soft peak meringue with whites and sugar and fold in.
Whip cream to soft peaks and fold in spoon into glasses and chill for 1 hour.

blitzs alltogether until frothy and thick
spoon on top of mousse and serve
