Fig and lime sorbet

A quick and simple fig and lime sorbet recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 litre lime juice and zest
  • 500g fig puree
  • 1kg sugar
  • 1 litre water

Method

Boil water and sugar together for 5 mins.
Add lime juice and fig puree.
Chill and churn.
