Fresh Pasta

fresh pasta is so easy to make, cooks quicker and tastes better 

Ingredients

  • 225g '00' flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 15ml olive oil

Method

place flour on clean worksurface and make a well
beat the egg yolks, eggs and olive oil together and pour into well
form a paste
knead well until a smooth texture
chill in fridge for 30 mins before using
