blend all the liquid ingredients together until smooth and pass.
Mix the liquid into the dry ingredients
divide between trays and bake at 150oc for 20mins
turn mix over with a spoon and bake at 120oc for around 30-40 mins until mix is starting to crisp up.
Remove from oven and add the fruit allow to cool and store in an airtight container
