Gravadlax 2

Simpler recipe. Quick, but not as nice as the other one I put here - gravadlax 1.

Ingredients

  • 4 tblsp sea salt
  • 1tblsp coarse Dijon mustard
  • 3tblsp dark brown sugar
  • Juice 1orange
  • 12 turns of white pepper.
  • 2 bunches of dill
  • 1side of salmon

Method

Combine all ingredients except the fish, and robo for 1minute.
Smear over salmon, and wrap in cling film.
Refrigerate for 12 hours.
Rinse, and cover with a little more chopped dill.
