- 4 tblsp sea salt
- 1tblsp coarse Dijon mustard
- 3tblsp dark brown sugar
- Juice 1orange
- 12 turns of white pepper.
- 2 bunches of dill
- 1side of salmon

Simpler recipe. Quick, but not as nice as the other one I put here - gravadlax 1.
Ingredients
Method
Combine all ingredients except the fish, and robo for 1minute.
Smear over salmon, and wrap in cling film.
Refrigerate for 12 hours.
Rinse, and cover with a little more chopped dill.
