- 35g trimoline (D)
- 35g butter(soft) (E)
- grated rind 8 limes (F)
- 500g bitter chocolate for coating (G)
- little more lime zest (H)

Method
scald (A)+(B) @60C
add (C), then (D). cool to 32C, then add (E), stirring until melted.
fold in (F) taking care not to add any more air.poor into a small flat tray. cool.
cut to desired size/shape.
coat in (G) tempered and at room temperature, sprinkling with a little (H) before the chocolate hardens.
