- 500ml whipping cream
- 2 vanilla pods, seeds only
- 110g NESTLÉ DOCELLO Crème Brûlée
- 2 fresh mango, peeled & pureed
- 300ml mango coulis
- Fresh mint

Method
Heat the milk, cream and vanilla seeds in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Remove from the heat and stir in the brûlée powder, whisking continuously for approximately 2 minutes. Add the fresh pureed mango and combine well.
Place into fridge to chill and thicken.
Once cool, layer the mousse & the mango coulis into the desired serving bowls. Garnish with fresh mint and serve chilled.
