  • 400g pinhead oatmeal
  • 100g plain flour
  • 100g soft butter
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • boiling milk to bind

Method

Work the butter, oat meal, flour and salt to breadcrumb consistency.
Add enough boiling milk to make a workable dough.
Roll out and cut out cakes.
Bake at 180oc for 10mins.
