Pan Asian Chicken Broth Seafood Brochette with Tofu

From roasted chicken to stuffed chicken breast, chicken recipes are vast and varied.   • Ingredients:
  • 50g Salmon Diced
  • 50g Tofu
  • 3x Tiger Prawns
  • 75g Noodles Cooked
  • 3x Chilli Fresh (baby)
  • 20g Tomatoes
  • 20g Red Peppers Diced
  • 20g Pan - Asian Chicken Broth
  • 60ml Red Pepper Coulis (thinned down with water)


Pan fry chicken, pork, beef, prawns and scallops. Add Major Pan Asian Chicken Broth to coulis and heat. Reduce Cream by half and add Major Pan Asian Beef Broth. Heat rice. Place chicken, pork, prawns and scallops next to rice and pour over coulis. Place beef fillet on the side of the rice and pour over the pepper
