Panna Cotta Upside Down Cake

Baking time: 20 minutes
Servings: 20
Servings size: 100g


  • Ingredients
  • Nestlé Docello™ Panna Cotta 300g
  • Plain Flour 50g
  • Whole eggs 3
  • Seasonal sliced fruit of your choice 200g


Grease & line the moulds required. Line these with the sliced fruits.
Retain any leftover fruit.
Whisk the eggs until pale & fluffy.
Add the Nestlé Docello™ Panna Cotta mix & flour. Any remaining fruit can be added at this time.
Pour the cake batter into the moulds.
Bake at 180°C for 25 mins.
Remove from the oven. Allow to rest for 4 mins before serving.
Remember to flip the moulds so the fruit is now on top.
Hints & Tips
Use fruits such as plums, pineapple, mangos & peaches.
To make a lighter cake use self-raising flour.
