Peach Brûlée

  • 500ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 500ml whipping cream
  • 110g NESTLÉ DOCELLO Crème Brûlée
  • 3 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 250g caster sugar, for glazing

Method

Method
Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the brûlée powder, whisking continuously for approximately 2 minutes.
Pour the crème brûlée mix into the desired moulds and place in the fridge to set for approximately 35 minutes.
Once set, lay the peach slices evenly around the top.
Dust with the caster sugar. To glaze, gently blowtorch the top of the brûlées or place under a hot grill to caramelise the sugar.
