Peanut sable

Good with chocolate desserts.

Ingredients

  • 200g pl flour
  • 40g unsalted peanuts
  • 40g sugar
  • 160g diced butter
  • 4g salt

Method

Robo all ingredients together. Roll into a ball, cling film, and refrigerate for half an hour.
Roll, and cut to shape/size
Bake @180C until golden
