pebble beach sticky toffee pudding

Boil water and dates 5mins, add bicarb.
 
Cream butter and sugar, add, eggs, flour, vanilla, date ...

Ingredients

  • 425g dates
  • 900ml water
  • 3 teaspoons bicarb
  • 150g butter
  • 425g caster sugar
  • 6 whole eggs
  • 425g self raising flour
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla

Method

Boil water and dates 5mins, add bicarb.
Cream butter and sugar, add, eggs, flour, vanilla, date mix last.
Cook 170 for 15-20 mins in individual dariole
turn out and allow to cool
