Sheep'' Yogurt sorbet

Ingredients

  • 500g sheep's milk yogurt
  • 300g natural yogurt
  • 600ml stock syrup
  • 200g glucose
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 250ml water

Method

warm glucose in stock syrup, mix in rest of ingredients, pass, chill, churn
