sous vide lemon herb oil

combine all ingredients
vacuum seal
cook sous vide at 60'C for 1 hr 30 mins
chill and refrigerate...

Ingredients

  • 400g grapeseed oil
  • 80g lemongrass, thinly sliced
  • 50g lemon thyme leaves
  • 20g lemon balm leaves
  • 20g kaffir lime leaves

Method

combine all ingredients
vacuum seal
cook sous vide at 60'C for 1 hr 30 mins
chill and refrigerate for 12 hours
strain
refrigerate
