vanilla fudge

nice little petit four

Ingredients

  • 225g granulated sugar
  • 225g soft brown sugar
  • 110g liquid glucose
  • 110g unsalted butter
  • 140ml double cream
  • vanilla extract to taste

Method

put all ingredients into a pan, boil to 118'C
stir until mix begins to grain
pour into tray line with paper, and allow to cool and set
cut into cubes
