white chocolate and passion fruit ice cream

good with bitter chocolate desserts

Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 500ml cream
  • 250g sugar
  • 250g trimoline
  • 1kg passion fruit puree
  • 400g white chocolate

Method

Boil milk and cream and trimoline.
Whisk egg yolks and sugar together
Make as for anglaise, add white chocolate, passion fruit puree, pass, chill, churn
