Heat milk and vanilla bean, add gelatin and strain.

  • 8gm Gelatin
  • 1 vanilla pod

Method

Heat milk and vanilla bean, add gelatin and strain.
Pour over white chocolate in stages.
When slightly cooled, fold in whipped cream.
