Yorkshire puddings

Perfect with some nice roast beef (makes 24)


  • 10 eggs
  • 500ml whole milk
  • 285g self raising flour
  • Pinch salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper


Mix the flour with the milk to make a smooth paste
Add the eggs and transfer to a mixer
Mix on a slow speed for about 15 minutes
Season batter and pass
Pour into Yorkshire pudding trays and cook for 30-40 minutes until golden brown
