Goes with loads of stuff
Including chips

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150ml olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon

Method

Put the garlic and salt in a mortar
crush
add the egg
slowly add the oil
add the lemon to taste
