- 750g Soft brown sugar
- 2 tsp Whiskey
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1kg Mixed dried fruit
- 250g Chopped walnuts

Dissolve the sugar in the butter and allow to cool.
Add whiskey, vinegar, chopped fruit and nuts.
Whisk eggs and fold through mixture.
Spoon mix into cooked sweet pastry case and bake at 140*c for 20 minutes or until cooked.
Allow to cool
