fish spice mix

versatile spice mix for fish pan fried in butter

Ingredients

  • 24g ground hazelnuts
  • 22g sesame seeds, toasted
  • 6g coriander seeds, toasted
  • 5g poppy seeds, toasted
  • 2g ground ginger
  • 1.6g salt
  • 1.2g ground chamomile

Method

combine all ingredients in a food processor
grind to a coarse powder
vacuum seal to preserve aroma
refrigerate until needed
