- Olive oil
- 2m Medium eggs
- 2m Medium egg yolks

Method
1. Put all ingredients into food processor and blend until mixed well and form a ball.
2. Transfer onto work surface and knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3. Wrap in cling film and leave to rest overnight before using.
