Panna Cotta

a nice light dessert from italy, this recipe will make 6

Ingredients

  • 250ml milk
  • 250ml cream
  • 50g sugar
  • 2 gelatine leaves, soaked in cold water
  • 1 vanilla pod, split

Method

soak gelatine in cold water
heat milk, cream, sugar and vanilla in a pan
add gelatine and stir
pass through a seive
pour into dariole moulds and chill in the fridge to set
serve with fresh raspberries
