spare rib marinade

this is a marinade we make at the pub to glaze pork spare ribs while slow cooking at 140'C until they are falling off the bone/melt in the mouth done 

Ingredients

  • 900ml ketchup
  • 200ml white wine vinegar
  • 100g honey
  • 100ml worcester sauce
  • 20g paprike
  • 20g chilli powder
  • 20g mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

combine all ingredients in a bowl
add ribs to bowl and mix together or brush onto ribs
cook slowly in oven
