Steam skin-on potatoes with Bell Pepper, Onion & Garlic

Add some Fajita or Cajun seasoning for a Tex Mex style version of this dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Aviko Steam and Fresh halves skin-on
  • • 500 g roasted red bell pepper, diced
  • • 90 g butter
  • • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Method

Melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic.

Add the potatoes and fry until golden brown.

Finally ad the bell peppers and fry altogether.

Season to taste.
